about me

In 1993, Kinga immigrated to Canada from Hungary without knowing any english.  A year later she applied and was accepted into the business school at Ryerson University.  She worked her way through school in various waitressing jobs, eventually landing a position with The Four Seasons.  Her education progressed two-fold.  Discipline and good business practices converged with intuition and speed in her efforts to provide outstanding customer service.  She carried these qualities into every aspect of her professional career; treating both internal employees and external clients equally important. This unique client service oriented approach differentiates her from the status quo. 

Today, Kinga is a multi-dimensional operational consultant with over 20 years of industry experience. Capable of leading cultural change to produce enterprise excellence and first-class client relationships; she is a creative and strategic business leader whose expertise spans, financial, technology, broadcast and creative agency regimes.

Kinga started her corporate career in the financial sector overseeing marketing trading services. Her time spent on the trading floor helped her develop successful marketing programs for the financial markets.  She continued her journey in the broadcasting industry where she was part of the digital broadcasting revolution. She spent over five years refining her skills in the Canadian broadcasting industry. She has deep knowledge of television marketing. She understands how to navigate within CRTC regulations and create successful marketing campaigns for her clients and agencies. In the agency world,  she helped Canadian and US pharmaceutical clients develop successful marketing campaigns using digital and traditional marketing.  She developed unique processes to optimize strategic and sales deliverables for teams in both Canada and the United States. These processes proved flexible, allowing freedom for the sales teams to function within a responsible financial framework. 

Kinga developed deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and she has deep understanding of the US and Canadian regulatory environment, including DDMAC, Health Canada, ASC, PAAB. Kinga then moved over to the more traditional side of advertising. She spent the past 20 years helping creative advertising agencies to operationalize its creative practice. 

A natural leader, she is always looking for opportunities that help companies improve  profitability and generate market share growth. She is obsessed with process optimization and helping orchestrating multi discipline teams. Kinga has a strong customer focused approach. She believes that building enduring relationships with clients, key opinion leaders and business partners is essential to success. 

Kinga holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and she has her PMP(R) designation.
